Jagger’s is an afterschool childcare provision runs every day of the week. There are two sessions to choose from, the short session that runs from the end of the day until 4:30pm which costs £5, or the long session which lasts until 5:30pm and costs £8. Children attending the short session will be provided a snack in the form of a drink and biscuit. Children attending the long session will also be able to have this snack as well as the option of toast or a sandwich and some dried fruit.
We have limited spaces at Jagger’s so we will not be able to provide AdHoc days and bookings will need to be made in advance. If you’re interested in the child attending then please fill out the form below and return it to the school prior to the day you would like your child to attend. Forms can also be collected from the school office.
We have a Breakfast Club that runs every school morning from 7.30am to 8.30am. Your child will enjoy a healthy breakfast, followed by games and activities before it’s time to start school.
The cost of breakfast club is £3.50 per day which includes breakfast provided by Chartwells, this must be paid via ParentPay. You do not need to book in advance but if you intend to regularly use this service, please let us know via Reception so that we can ensure enough food is ordered for the kitchen.
We run a variety of extra curricular school clubs each term. Some of these are run voluntarily by the staff and others are provided by outside associations so may incur a charge.
Clubs finish at either 4pm or 4.15pm depending upon the type of club and its provider.
A letter for available clubs is sent out each term. We always ensure that every child is allocated a place in a club. Additional places will then be offered to the children after this allocation.
Examples of clubs that we have previously run are:
These clubs aim to support children with making excellent progress in all aspects of the core subjects , which ensures all children reach their full potential.
