Pupil Parliament Taste Tests Delicious New Menu!

This week, we welcomed Chartwells, our fantastic catering team, to our school to test some of their yummy new lunch recipes.

Our Pupil Parliament were offered the opportunity to try a range of new dishes from Allegra McEvedy’s ‘Jolly Good Food’ cook book, and give their feedback to Chartwells to help them decide which meals to add to the school menu.

There were a range of delicious dishes on offer from a variety of cuisines, including ‘cheesy peasy risotto bake’, ‘asian sticky noodles’ and ‘BBQ chicken burger and pineapple rice’.

Thank you to Chartwells for visiting us and letting us be involved in the taste tasting – our children had a lovely time and really enjoyed rating each of the exciting new meals!
